Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for services provided by Farris Wheel Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

Subscription Billing

Most of our services are billed as a recurring monthly subscription, charged in advance at the start of each monthly billing cycle through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your services through the period you have already paid for.
• Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles.

Refunds

Because our services are delivered on an ongoing monthly basis, fees already paid for the current and prior billing periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

If you believe there has been a billing error or you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We review refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to make things right.

One-Time and Setup Fees

One-time fees (such as onboarding, setup, or website-build fees) cover work performed at the start of an engagement and are non-refundable once that work has begun.

If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us first at info@farriswheelventures.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback. We can usually resolve issues quickly and directly.
